5. Copyright and Usage: All images captured by David Alan Graham Photography remain the property of the photographer. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use. Commercial use requires prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability: David Alan Graham Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
